A Win, A Sufferfest and A Disaster.
It's 2011 and like everyone, I'm making resolutions. I considered committing to a 365 project, but would like something more original...well, or maybe just more, "Me".
2010 was a good year, but I already feel a lightness related to 2011. An excitement and happiness I haven't felt for a sustained period. Sam is a big part of that, as is my decision to take a break from Ironman for the duration of 2011.
I'm excited about getting healthy. I've tweaked my diet and today I began the Cleanse for the 3rd year.
Living in a supportive and open environment is doing wonders for me. I feel connected, but free with Sam and am looking forward to our new adventures in 2011, wherever life may take us.
