- Kona is home...for the next 2 weeks. I landed safely with bike and luggage. Condo is amazing and I saw and practically fell over 4 giant sea turtles - just awesome. Pair that with all the top pro sitings (at my condo!!) And it makes for one great day!

This photo is from the 24th Annual Washington Antique Show (a fundraiser for the Gunn Memorial Library). It was a blast, as usual. Visiting with friends and neighbors. Checking out antiques I could never dream of owning while holding a glass of wine is not everyone's idea of a good time, but after spending hours upon hours in sweaty spandex, you have to imagine that it was nice to dress up and actually blow dry my hair!
Speaking of which...my hair has not been blown dry since. I have a feeling it won't be blown dry (unless my car windows are down) for a long time. Deep in work and Ironman training, I can't say that I mind it.
Today was a fun conference call with the guys at Adina We're working out the details for my upcoming race in Mexico. We'll have live updates of my every move while there, photos, videos and of course, lots of monkey love!!
