A Win, A Sufferfest and A Disaster.
So, it's race week. Officially. I am officially crazy.
It's during this week I start getting all the hilarious emails and phone calls:
"Is the triathlon free to enter?"
I loved that one... my answer? You are free to choose to enter it!
"I'm on your website and I can't find your email or the address for the race. Am I allowed to come watch?"
An hour later, I get an email from the person asking the same thing. They found the site. They found my phone number. They found my email and somehow clicking on the "Events" tab, selecting the race they were searching for and looking at all the info (including address) didn't seem obvious.
Oh yes, I'm in a bit of a mood right now. I LOVE watching these athletes compete and cross the finish line. It is inspirational and fantastic. It's race week that gets me. I can't do a lot of these things before race week, just during race week which makes for very little sleep for this Lyme infested body. Add on a boatload of training and you've got a crazed and determined woman!
Did I mention my Sam-boy is out in Park City for the Cannondale Sales Meeting? Eeeeeek!
Serenity now, right? This event will be fantastic as usual!
