- Kona is home...for the next 2 weeks. I landed safely with bike and luggage. Condo is amazing and I saw and practically fell over 4 giant sea turtles - just awesome. Pair that with all the top pro sitings (at my condo!!) And it makes for one great day!

Coolest, hardest day of my life
Posted by mandy on October 12th, 2008Will do a proper post tomorrow, but just a quick note for all the bday wishes and race support - full report and thanl you's tomorrow, too. Today was the slowest IM of my tri career and I still loved every minute of it. This course is hands down the toughest around, but it should be. The course, athletes, volunteers - are ALL at a diff level. Just amazing.
